Key Responsibilities
• Leading the digital marketing stream;
• Participating in the planning of a comprehensive range of digital marketing activities;
• Developing strategy and processes from the ground up;
• Ensuring effective cross-functional interaction with related departments/contractors;
• Monitoring task execution by partners/contractors;
• Overseeing the launch, setup (fine-tuning), and development of: content marketing, websites, and promotion.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Higher education;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience;
• Experience working in international companies/on international projects is an advantage;
• Proven experience managing remote teams/contractors;
• Knowledge of key digital marketing technologies;
• Understanding of modern marketing tools, including SEO, SMM, content marketing, and digital marketing;
• Ability to work with analytical tools: Yandex Metrika, etc.;
• Experience working with AI;
• Practical experience using English in a professional context;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, as well as initiate and coordinate work with contractors;
• Ability to multitask;
• Fluent business English.
